1. Order processing
- We process orders within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
- Orders placed after 5:00 PM IST will be processed on the next business day.
- During sale periods or festivals processing may take slightly longer — we will notify you if there is a delay.
2. Shipping charges
Shipping within India is completely free for all orders. No promo code or minimum order value is required.
3. Delivery timeframes
Estimated delivery time across India is 3–7 business days, depending on the delivery location (pincode) and courier partner. Remote or rural pincodes may take a few extra days.

4. How to track your order
- When your order ships you will receive an email and/or SMS containing a tracking link and tracking number.
- Click the tracking link to see the latest status. If tracking is not available, contact us (details below) and we will update you.
5. Delays & exceptions
- Delays can occur due to courier network issues, extreme weather, public holidays, or strikes. These events are beyond our control.
- If your order is significantly delayed we will proactively notify you by email or SMS.
6. Damaged, lost or missing deliveries
If the package arrives damaged, or your order is lost or missing, please contact our support within 48 hours of the expected delivery date.

When you contact us, please include your order number and, if possible, photos of the damaged package or item. We will investigate and — if eligible — arrange a replacement or refund according to our Return & Refund Policy.
7. Service coverage
We currently ship to all states and union territories of India. If your pincode is not serviceable at checkout we will reach out to you to discuss alternate options.
8. Cancellations
- You may cancel an order within 12 hours of placing it, provided the order has not been processed or shipped. To cancel, contact support (email/WhatsApp) with your order number.
- If the order is already shipped, please follow our Returns process once you receive the order.
